Composition

Item on the soft sheet composed of the foaming compound and adhesive compound prepared with butadiene rubber, filler, adhesive and foaming agent, etc.

Function & Use

  • Anti-vibration Product
  • Foaming-type product that controls the vibration and noise by applying to the pillar of vehicles
  • Heat foaming sheet used for soundproof and waterproof purposes on the oil surface steel plate of the vehicle (pillar and side sill, etc.) in double layer of EPDM and adhesive layer

Applicable Condition 

160~215℃ / 20~30 min

  • Volumetric Foaming Rate – 800% or more
  • Applied to the vertical part and on the oil surface
  • Vertical foaming
  • Noise passage insulation
  • Smoke generation temperature of 200℃ or more
